Why do I work at Kintsugi Physical Therapy and Wellness? That’s easy. I have known most of the Kintsugi family for many many years.  And they’re an all-around great group of people to work with. We have fun on a daily basis and patients love coming in for excellent treatment and the welcoming atmosphere. Basically, we all enjoy what we do, and it shows. Christi prides herself on the diversity of her crew and making sure that they all maintain a level of education and training to keep up with the ever-changing medical field. Her philosophy on work life balance resonates throughout the clinic with both the employees and the patients. Life is too short to not enjoy what you do.

I have worked at Kintsugi PT as a PTA for 3 years now.  Following Kintsugi’s philosophy of treating each person holistically & finding the driver of each patient’s symptoms has been great.  Christi the owner, is very supportive in advancing everyone’s skills as a therapist.  She holds bi- monthly mentoring sessions to teach us new skills and hosts continuing education courses at the clinic.  All therapists are welcoming and willing to share their skills.  Here at Kintsugi PT, it is like family.

Working at Kintsugi has been the best decision I’ve made since becoming a physical therapist. Although it should be standard practice to provide one on one care to patients, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find an outpatient clinic that still provides that. Another great thing about working at Kintsugi is being able to practice how I want to and not feel limited. I have grown so much in the few years I have been at this clinic because of the opportunities for continuing education and mentorship.
