Roman Naval
(PTA, ISSA-fitness coach)
Roman has been working in the physical therapy field since 2016. He spent the first 3 years as an exercise technician and the rest of the years practicing, after graduating from Lake Washington Institute of Technology’s Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2020. Roman has worked with multiple Physical Therapists throughout his career, learning many different types of exercises and manual techniques that make him view and treat patients with many different perspectives. Having multiple evidence-based approaches when it comes to treatment, combined with his knowledge in sports science, and his background in participating in a variety of hobbies has allowed Roman to take a biopsychosocial approach when treating his patients. It is rewarding to Roman when his patients reach goals meaningful to them, knowing he is making a difference not in just his patient’s live, but the people around them as well.
Outside of the clinic, Roman likes to participate in multiple activities including playing basketball, snowboarding, running, hiking, and indoor rock climbing.
